Returns and Exchanges

Order Cancellations at Request of Customer

Orders that are cancelled at the request of the customer, prior to the product shipping, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. 

 

Return Due To Change Of Mind

Overland Expedition Outfitters will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. 

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. We can arrange shipping on your behalf and deduct shipping costs from your return. 

 

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to return to your original payment method. 

 

Overland Expedition Outfitters will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund. 

Incorrect or Damaged Product Returns

Overland Expedition Outfitters will happily accept returns due to receiving an incorrect or damaged product as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us with all included components.

We will provide a return address label and instructions for returning the product.  

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to original payment method used or a replacement part will be dispatched. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

 

Warranty Returns

Product warranty claims must be handled directly through the product manufacturer. Please refer to manufacturer website for warranty terms and process.
